What does Top Shelf Fixtures sell?
We manufacture and sell retail store fixtures and displays. That includes wire racks, gridwall and slatwall panels, clothing racks, shelving, glass display cases, locking cabinets, dump bins, merchandising tables, and custom POP displays. If you need to show products in a store, we probably make the fixture for it.
Where are you located?
Our factory and headquarters are in Chino, California at 5263 Schaefer Avenue. We have a 90,000 square foot facility where we fabricate and powder coat most of our products in-house.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states. Small items go out via UPS or FedEx Ground. Large fixtures and gondola units ship via freight or LTL carrier. Freight deliveries usually require someone on-site to inspect and sign.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to the continental US typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Custom orders usually ship within 4 to 6 weeks from order approval.
Can I order custom fixtures?
Absolutely. Custom work is a big part of what we do. We can fabricate prototypes and first article samples before you commit to a full production run. Contact us with your specs and we will give you a quote and timeline.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. If you are ordering multiple units or setting up a full store, email us at info@topshelffixtures.com or call 800-289-8245. We will put together a volume quote that makes sense for your project.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return most unused items in original packaging. Custom and special-order items cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will fix it. See our full Return and Refund Policy page for details.
Are you MBE certified?
Yes. Top Shelf Fixtures is MBE certified through the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council (SCMSDC). We can provide certification documentation upon request.

What materials do you use?
