Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your fixtures. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned — we build those specifically for you, so please double-check specs before ordering.

Email us at info@topshelfixtures.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Do not send anything back without approval — we need to know it's coming.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).

If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice. We cover shipping on our mistakes.

Need a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This keeps things moving faster on both sides.
